いつもスカイバス、スカイダックをご愛顧いただきありがとうございます。
本日、降雪や道路上の積雪のため、急遽終日運休の判断をさせていただきます。
お客様にご不便おかけしまして申し訳ございません。
■ご予約済のお客様へ
スカイバス 出発時間前であればキャンセル料無くお取消しが可能です。
予約時にお送りしている予約完了メールからキャンセル操作は可能です。操作についてご不明の場合や明日以降のの運行につきましては、
お手数ですが、スカイバスコールセンターまでご連絡くださいませ。

[Emergency Notice] Suspension of All Services Today Due to Snowfall and Road Conditions
We regret to inform you that due to today’s snowfall and accumulated snow on the roads, we have made the decision to suspend all services for the entire day. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
■ For Customers with Reservations
For SKYBUS reservations, cancellations made **before the departure time** can be processed **without a cancellation fee**.
You can cancel your reservation through the confirmation email you received at the time of booking.
If you have any questions regarding the cancellation process or inquiries about operations for tomorrow and beyond, please contact the SKYBUS Call Center.
